All items are built to order and lead time can vary depending on our current work load and the complexity of your project. Our work is completely custom and can be modified to suit your style. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all projects. The remaining balance is due upon install completion. If purchasing standalone furniture to be shipped outside of our service area, remaining balance (including all shipping/delivery costs) is due prior to shipping.
